Meet the Team

Executive Director
Tylah Worrell
With a background in psychology and forensic science from Syracuse University, I bring a people-centered and systems-focused lens to our advocacy. Our programs—like the ON-RAMP Initiative—strengthen community ties, grow our membership, and foster meaningful access to opportunity. I’m deeply passionate about creating sustainable, systemic change and invite you to join us in building a future where all Syracuse residents can thrive.

Community Organizer
Josanique Everson
My name is Josanique Everson, I am a 26-year-old mother of one, and a native of Syracuse. My life’s work has been centered around activism and advocacy work. I love cooking, being the social butterfly that I am, music, & to exuberate pure love into the world! I am excited about collaborating with Urban Jobs Task Force of Syracuse and hope to share all of my learned and personal experience to help cultivate the company and community forward.
